Dear Fellow Colleagues,

I extend my heartfelt regards and sincere thanks to you all for giving me this great opportunity to serve as Chairman of the Bihar Chapter of the Association of Physicians of India (API).

Bihar is known for its hard work, dedication, and commitment, and I am confident that with your support and encouragement, we will make our association stronger and more vibrant.

As Chairperson, my primary focus will be on organizing CMEs, webinars, and other academic activities, promoting research work, and ensuring regular publication of the Bihar JAPI. At the same time, we will remain dedicated to serving society through awareness programs, free health check-up camps, and special initiatives focusing on school health.

We aim to reach out to schools to educate children and adolescents about the future risks of non-communicable diseases, encourage healthy lifestyles, and guide them to stay away from substance abuse.

This is an era of artificial intelligence; however, we must keep our eyes open, ears alert, minds updated, and continue to strengthen our clinical skills and bedside methods.
